Danielle CRAIN
Born and raised in the heart of Texas - Danielle has stubbornly pursued her passion for helping others accomplish that "American Dream" of property ownership, while wholeheartedly committed to her children and her community.
Growing up in (what is now) Central Austin, Danielle was surrounded by new home construction where she would spend countless evenings sneaking through the new builds of Jester Estates, and dreaming big of having her hand on helping families reach their own home goals. Of course, her inspiration grew as she watched her neighbor, a longtime top producing agent, grow in her success while never missing a moment as a mother.
Danielle's passion has led to the success of HillCoGroup and the several agents who began their own career under HCG's mentor program. She has built relationships with a vast amount of vendors involved in the real estate transaction, allowing HillCoGroup to offer you a seamless process.
HOLLY LOFTIN
We are so excited to announce Holly Loftin - our new sister in real estate! Holly shares our passion for representing the lighter side of real estate.
Born and raised in Central Texas, Holly has had real estate running through her blood since birth. The daughter of a homebuilder and real estate broker, she spent much of her childhood on the jobsite. Holly loved watching the building process, but most of all, she loved seeing the beautiful homes and meeting people.
“I love people and I love homes, and to bring those two things together-that’s everything.”
She prides herself in building meaningful relationships. Her clients are not just customers, they are life-long friends.
When it comes to finding them a home, Holly is all in.
“There is no better feeling than seeing someone find their dream home, move in, and make that house a home. It’s an honor to be a tiny part of that process.”
Holly and her husband, Aaron Loftin, took their passion for homes to the next level when they moved their family to Fredericksburg, TX to chase a dream and start Hilltop Homebuilders.
When Holly isn’t busy doing real estate, you can find her by her husband’s side, assisting in all aspects of construction.
Holly and Aaron have two amazing children, Cort and Cooper, a dog and two cats.
Their lives are hectic but oh so fun!
